i asked fred for help last night coz i had a hard time playing my dvd in my laptop. so, i asked him to send me the link to download it. it took us about 1 hr 30 min to finish everything. he also did a jawi nick name for me, lol. just look at the convo below and look how annoyed he was. haha.
